  • 6 chives
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp heavy whipping cream

Step 1: Preheat the oven

  • 6 Tbsp minced onion
  • 4 Tbsp dry white wine

  • 6 Tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 – 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup of unsalted chicken stock

Topping

  • 1/3 cup of crushed pork rinds
  • 1/8 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Step 1: Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the rack in the middle of the oven.

Brush an 8×8 casserole dish with butter.

Step 2: Cook the beans

Put two tablespoons of water in a microwavable bowl, then add the beans. Cover and steam for 4-5 minutes on high power.

Drain the green beans and transfer to a large bowl. Mix them up with the chopped bacon.

Step 3: Mince the herbs

Separately mince the parsley, onion, and garlic. Next, zest the lemon and set aside.

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 227 g breakfast sausage

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 6 fresh sage leaves

  • 5 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 3 wedge-cut medium onions
  • 1 halved lemon
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Garlic Herb Butter

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh sage
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2-3 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Step 1: Defrost the turkey

Defrost the turkey. Before proceeding with this dish, make sure that the turkey’s neck is removed, rinsed well, and patted dry.

Step 2: Preheat the oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F and place the rack on the lower third of the oven.

Step 3: Make the garlic herb butter

Put the roasting pan in the oven and cook for 45 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350°F and continue to roast for about 2-2 1/2 hours depending on your oven, basting it with drippings and broth every 30 minutes.

Cover the turkey with foil if you notice the browning too quickly. Remove from the oven and transfer to a baking sheet.

Let it rest for 15 minutes before carving, discarding the veggies. You can reserve the pan juices for making a gravy if you want.
